Commission Sheet and Examples
Jaysoda Commission Terms Of Service
Requesting a commission means that you have read and accepted my terms of service. Examples are in my Carrd and Instagram.I have 2 main styles. Simple Shading and Fully Rendered. The proportions, detail, and shading in the Simple Shading are decreased and simplified. The Fully Rendered has more details, intricate lineart, complex shading, and the opportunity for backgrounds.Base Prices (USD) :
Simple Shading:
$15- Bust
$20- Half Body
$25- Full BodyFully Rendered:
$30- Bust
$45- Half Body
$55- Full BodyWallpaper collage:
$3- single character
$5- Duo/ship
Add-ons:
Backgrounds (Fully rendered exclusive): +$15
Additional Characters: +40% per additional character
Complexities (dynamic/action posing, heavy details etc.): +25%
Commercial use: +50%Sketches: 50% of price
Lineart only: 70% of priceAll additional needs can be discussed and worked out on a case-by-case basis. If there's anything you’re unsure about, just ask!Payment Process:
Payment can be done through CashApp, PayPal, or VGEN.
50% is received after the finalized sketch, and 50% after the finished piece
Other payment options and procedures can be requested or discussed but not guaranteed.
Tips are greatly appreciated!Refunds:
A refund is guaranteed if I am unable to complete your commission. Money will be returned through CashApp or PayPal. If the commissioner cancels their request, they may discuss why first to find a resolution. Then they will be refunded according to the stage I have finished. (Sketch 50%, Lineart 30%)Procedures:
Once you submit requests through Google Forms, DM’s, or VGen, you must add a method of contact. We will discuss designs, details, and time frame(1 week minimum).
I will send you the sketch, ask for revisions, and then finalize it and receive half the payment. Then, I can continue with lineart and rendering and send updates with each stage as well as whenever requested.
When the piece is finished, final payment will be received, and I will send a high-quality version of the piece.Ownership:
If reposted to social media, I must be credited.
Must pay the commercial fee to be authorized for sale, as well as credit me
No altering of the artwork is allowed, including removing watermarks.
You have the right to request for me to not post onto my social media.
NO AI training ot NFTs can be made using my artwork.Can and Can’ts
